This shell is also referred to as Midas Ear abalone or Perlemoen abalone.The abalone shell buttons are about 1/16" in thickness. This is a set of six carved wood coasters that were hand-carved in the townships of South Africa.   The coasters are 3.5" in diameter and comes in a lovely hand-carved container.  The elephant on the container has its trunk pointed downwards but has an upward pointing trunk on the coasters.  The wood is a good coloring throughout.

This is a nice mineral kit with 20 different stones that are found in Africa. The card size is approximately 8.25" by 5.75". Each kit weighs about 24 grams. The minerals may vary over time.

These are small leather bags made from tanned cow leather and decorated with real natural springbok fur on one side. They measure approximately 3" by 3" (75 by 75 mm). The straps are also made with cow leather. Springbok and Cow are not endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls. A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
