The river cooter turtle shells are available in very limited supply. They come in a range of patterns. River cooter turtles are not an endangered species. No exports of turtle shells to the European Union due to their laws. A USFWS export permit is required for all exports outside of the U.S.

These are 8" to 12" long common snapping turtle shells. The shells do not have plastrons or bottom plates. Common snapping turtles are not on the U.S. Endangered Species List. They are, however, subject to CITES. They were added to CITES Appendix III on November 21, 2016. These shells are a by-product of the food industry. The animals are not just killed for their shells. Not for export outside of the United States.

These are eastern spotted skunk skins. The skins with feet shown above are cased (like a sausage) and measure 2.5" to 3" wide and 13" to 15" long from the nose to the base of the tail.

Heavy and durable are the two words that best describe our topgrain elk leather. This leather is similar to moose leather - but at just a fraction of its price ;-). This is a thick and bleached half cow rawhide. On the cow skins, there are variations in the thickness of the skin. The neck is very thick and the bellies are thinner. The cow rawhide was de-haired, cured, stretched, and dried. They come rolled up. The Sides (half hides) average between 17 and 20 square feet.
