    The dyed Arctic runner hair is made from tanned Icelandic horse hair and is great for fly tying.

    The skin side measures 1" to 1.5" by 1" to 1.5". The hair is 2" to 4" long.

    The Arctic runner has shorter hair than the Icelandic sheepskin hair pieces and is perfect for all tail, wing, or throat salmon flies, streamers, etc. What makes this hair special is how it behaves in the water.

    Icelandic horses are not endangered.
