Clam Shell Wampum

This is a traditional Iroquois style wampum bead is made from fresh water clam shells. Each strand contains approximately 40 beads. The beads measure 3mm by 8mm and are very consistent in length and width. Weight: one box (100 pieces) = 2 lb.These clams are not an endangered species.
