These are weathered nilgai skulls with horns. They do not have the mandibles. The #1 grade skulls are the nicest and generally have a nice skull and horns. The #2 grade skulls have broken skulls. The #3 grade skulls are the lowest quality skulls. Nilgai are not an endangered species and are not subject to CITES controls. A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
