    Fisher are marten-like animals that have a long, thin body and bushy tail. Their overall color is very dark brown which often appears black.

    One fisher skin with feet that we measured was 30" from the nose to the base of the tail, 7" wide, with a 15" long tail.

    Fisher are not an endangered species.

    A USFWS export permit is required for all shipments outside the USA.
