    This is full grain North American bison (buffalo) leather. The difference between our Buffalo Upsholstry Leather styles is in the texture and finish. These are sold by the half hides which range in size from 11 to 23 sq. ft.

    The buffalo are not killed just for the hides. The hides are a by-product of the meat industry.

    Domesticated buffalo are not endangered.
