The sheep leather hides range in size from 6 to 12 sq. ft. This is craft grade leather so expect some holes and flaws. Sheep leather has two layers to it and is much easier to sew than deerskin or most other leathers as the needle goes through the hide much easier. Sheep are not an endangered species.
